Full Ownership B2B Website Redesign

Role: Creative & Project Lead
Client:
Global Bronze

This project required full ownership from strategy through execution. Inherited a project already in progress, I took over the strategic and creative direction, restructuring the information architecture, defining page content, writing all copy, and supplying all assets to guide the external agency through to launch. Launched January 2026, the site now works as a marketing and sales tool, building credibility with new prospects and supporting trade show follow-up.

www.globalbronze.com

Before

The existing site lacked structure and a clear path for visitors. Navigation was disorganized, content varied widely from page to page, and heavy customization had made it difficult to update and maintain. It wasn't mobile friendly and didn't reflect how the business actually worked.

Structure First

The agency had presented two design options without a clear structural plan. Approving a design direction before understanding what we were changing and why wasn't an option. Before touching design, I mapped the full site structure, making sure every page had a purpose and the navigation reflected how customers and the sales team actually think about the business.

A Consistent Page System

Each product category follows the same page architecture — hero, features and benefits, specifications (if available), gallery, and cross-sell. The template gives every product equal weight while keeping the site easy to navigate and maintain.

Launched January 2026. Global Bronze now has a site that reflects who they are, gives new prospects a clear picture of what they offer, and gives the sales team something they can confidently stand behind.
