Leading the design and development of this internal magazine, distributed to 500 Canadian Tire stores four times a year. The magazine provides store staff with essential tools, training, and insights, covering everything from seasonal activities to leadership workshops. The project involves collaborating with designers, copy writers, business owners and store dealers to ensure content is visually engaging and aligned with business needs, supporting store staff in delivering exceptional customer service.
