Created branding for Canadian Tire’s internal Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) program, designed specifically for store staff and managers. The visual identity is bright, welcoming, and inclusive—aimed at fostering a strong sense of belonging within store teams. The design subtly incorporates elements of the Canadian Tire brand to ensure alignment with corporate identity while allowing the program to stand out with its own distinct, approachable look.
